Had two gentleman come today to do duct clean/laundry vent cleaned out. They were very friendly and professional, as someone who is interested in how it all works they were walking me through the steps and explained what they were doing as well as the before and after pictures right in front of me. Very please with the work completed and transparency! The customer service lady on the phone was very professional and communication was very good from booking over a month ago to the follow up reminder to check in if the appointment still worked. Highly recommend!
