If this is not the case, Prop-Air offers duct cleaning at a reduced cost with the purchase of an Aeroseal sealing service, performed by our NADCA-certified technicians.
Can my ducts be cleaned once they have been sealed with Aeroseal?
Of course. Cleaning procedures performed according to industry standards will not affect the sealant, as it remains elastic and does not crack.
What size of leak can the Aeroseal process seal?
The Aeroseal process can seal leaks measuring 5/8″ or less.
Can occupants remain in the building or home during the Aeroseal process?
Yes, it is perfectly possible to stay in the home or building during the Aeroseal application. The sealant is non-toxic. Additionally, our technicians ensure that cavities (such as ceiling voids) are put under negative pressure using HEPA-filtered fans. This allows any sealant particles escaping from leaks to be captured at the source before they are fully sealed.
What is the warranty and durability of the Aeroseal sealant?
